ATM repair & maintenance

Hyosung and Genmega ATM repair — on-site in California.

Need Hyosung or Genmega ATM repair? BayTM sends field technicians across the Bay Area and California — on-site diagnosis and parts, not a mail-in depot. We service machines we placed and merchant-owned units.

A good fit for

  • Owners of merchant-owned Hyosung and Genmega ATMs
  • Businesses whose current provider is slow to respond
  • Machines that need EMV, software or security upgrades
  • Operators who want a preventive maintenance plan

ATMs are reliable machines with a few parts that work very hard: the cash dispenser, the card reader, the receipt printer, the screen and the PIN pad. When one of them fails, the whole machine is out, and every hour it’s out is customers walking away. National parts shops can ship components; BayTM focuses on getting a technician to your location.

Our technicians service Hyosung and Genmega machines every day — the same brands we place (look up yours in our ATM model guide). We diagnose remotely where we can, arrive with the right parts when we can’t, and keep the machine clean, current and compliant with preventive maintenance. If repair no longer makes sense, we’ll walk you through replacement or free placement.

How service works

What to expect.

  • Machines we placed: maintenance and repairs are included at no cost under your placement agreement.
  • Machines you own: we quote repairs per visit or through a service plan, for supported Hyosung and Genmega models.
  • Diagnosis: where possible we diagnose remotely first, so the technician arrives with the right parts.
  • Hours and arrival: our support line is available 24/7. On-site arrival depends on location and time of day; we’ll give you an honest estimate when you call.

Questions

About ATM repair.

Do you repair Hyosung and Genmega ATMs on site?

Yes. We repair supported Hyosung and Genmega models with Bay Area and California field service — remote diagnosis when possible, then an on-site visit with parts. This is not a mail-in parts program.

Do you repair ATMs you didn’t install?

Yes, for supported Hyosung and Genmega models. Tell us the make, model and problem, and we’ll let you know what’s involved.

What if my machine is too old to fix?

Some older ATMs can’t meet current network and security requirements. We’ll tell you honestly and walk you through replacement or free placement.

Are repairs included with free placement?

Yes. For ATMs placed by BayTM, all maintenance and repairs are included at no cost. See how ATM placement works.
